I have been fortunate to have performed thousands of gigs under my name Rachel Laing over more than a decade as a professional musician. I am no stranger to weddings, functions, parties, corporate, pubs, clubs, private residences, gatherings on rural properties, local markets, and big stage festivals. Over the years, I have accumulated an impressive cover song list that exceeds 500 songs and includes many household ‘singalong’ favourites. I am a versatile and energetically flexible musician that you can feel confident placing just about anywhere, for any occasion worthy of quality live music.
My personal music preferences would be best described as easy listening, heartfelt, soulful acoustic vibes; Ed Sheeran, Jason Mraz, Missy Higgins, Vance Joy, Matchbox 20… However, if you need the party to get started I can easily take it up a few notches with classic hits like Wonderwall, The Horses & Ironic,
I am open to all inquiries, public, private, and beyond. I am also capable of traveling long distances to be with you on your special day. My entertainment rates are all-inclusive but will vary depending on location, event type, and performance times required.
