I have created two food blessings, and a powerful water blessing. Each script has been carefully written and recited from the heart. They are at a length so they may also be adaptable to your everyday life, in group or private settings. Food Blessing (2:44) A bare minimum prayer and blessing for all meal times.
Food Blessing (3:33) A prayer and blessing scripted especially for those of us who suffer from any type of disordered eating. This blessing has a few particular lines that will bring you into deeper presence and consciousness around your relationship with food, and your intentions for consumption.

The food blessing is perfect for every meal, alone or in a group, may you close your eyes and tune into the infinite before each meal, and then feel the effects that conscious awareness has on not only how you eat, but what you eat, your senses, your experience, and your connection to the food, and all life that surrounds you.
Water Blessing (5:55) A carefully scripted and recited program that will ensure that you receive the incredible healing benefits of high vibrational, supercharged, crystalline-infused, Merkabah structured water! This water blessing has been intentionally designed to be played via Bluetooth speaker or otherwise, directly to, or into, your water vessel. Whether or not you are present while this MP3 is playing is irrelevant as this blessing will charge and program your water with divine love and gratitute. Once played, your water begin to attune itself the highest frequency of love and restructure itself as it has a memory. The water blessing may be energetically amplified through your presence and intention. Playing the water blessing 24 hours before consumption will give the water a little more time to integrate the program and embody light codes, however, you may bless and consume your water at leisure.

Merkaba, also spelled Merkabah, is the divine light vehicle used by the Masters to connect with and reach those in tune with the higher realms. The Mer-Ka-ba is the vehicle of Light mentioned in the Bible by Ezekiel. Merkaba is drawing around the body. Mer-Ka-Ba means the Spirit/Body surrounded by counter-rotating fields of Light (wheels within wheels), which is a vehicle to transport Spirit/Body from one dimension into another. It can take on many forms of light. It is made up of 2-star tetrahedrons. We all have a Merkaba field around us. One just has to activate it to connect with the higher dimensions.
