This powerful daily meditation practice and breathwork routine was created and birthed by in September 2021. Alexis was guided by her highest self to create a routine that could be implemented into her daily practices and would serve to ground her energy, balance her chakra system, attune her to the highest frequency of love, and assist her in manifesting her dreams and desires!
Little did she know, that this would lead to yet another powerful spiritual awakening, and remembering of who she truly is, and why she has come to earth at this time.
Within 2 months of incorporating this practice into her life, she remembered her true identity, ‘Alexis Star’, reunited with her spiritual team and galactic family the Arcturians, and is now living her life as an integrated spiritual being inside of a human body.
This unique all-encompassing meditation and breathwork practice incorporates powerful visualisation techniques inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenzas ‘Energy Centers Meditation’ (Becoming Supernatural). Within this session you will also receive an Alchemy Crystal Sound Healing that will serve to align your energy bodies through sound and vibration.
Breathwork sessions have been inspired by Wim Hof Breathing and Soma Breath.
All of the elements combined are truly a transformative combination, making ‘The Ultimate Daily Meditation Practice’ aptly named to represent that bringing this one practice into your life, has the power to completely change your relationship to everything in your experience, from the inside out.
